Zoran Teodorović

Director

Zoran Teodorović is a Master of Mining Engineering (University of Belgrade, 1998), specializing in open-pit dewatering, with additional training at JICA Japan. He served as Head of the Department for Mining and Geology at the Ministry of Mining and Energy, overseeing permitting of over 100 mining projects, and as Assistant Minister (2011–2012), leading the drafting of Serbia’s new Law on Mining and the Mineral Resources Strategy 2012–2020. Since founding OM company in 2013, he leads business development and project delivery across the Western Balkans.

Aleksandar Gajić

Head of Engineering

Aleksandar Gajić is a mining engineer with 25+ years of experience spanning mine design, project management, and regulatory consulting. He served as Assistant Minister of Mining and Energy (2001–2002) and managed a 70M EUR EBRD/KfW-financed investment programme at EPS. His international portfolio includes consultancy for Rio Tinto for nearly 20 years, technical studies for the Jadar Project, Omya, a feasibility study in Guinea, and 10+ technical controls for the Čukaru Peki deposit by Zijin Mining. Since 2014 at OM company, he has been chief designer on 20+ mining projects, including the majority of Holcim quarry projects in Serbia.

Milivoje Kirić

Associate Geologist

Milivoje Kirić is a senior geologist with 45+ years of field and project experience across Serbia and the Western Balkans. He held positions of Mine Manager and Chief Geologist at the Zavorje-Štira-Brasina antimony mining complex, and served as General Director of DP Rudnici i Topionice Zajača (1998–2006), for which he was recognized as Businessman of the Year 2001 by the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia. He subsequently served as Geology Advisor to Farmakom MB Šabac. Since 2017 at OM company, he leads geological investigation projects, resource and reserve elaborates across industrial and construction minerals.

Ljilja Teodorović

Associate Chemist

Ljilja Teodorović is an associate chemist contributing to OM company’s technical and analytical operations. Her work supports the geochemical and mineralogical aspects of the company’s geological investigation projects, resource assessments, and mine design studies across the Western Balkans.
